Anyone who thinks that a federal Employment Nondiscrimination Act (ENDA) would only be used against large corporations needs to read this article about the use of California's Unruh Act against a private religious school. It makes it very clear that no individuals or institutions of any size or purpose would ever be secure in their right to free association and voluntary contract negotiation under ENDA.

Thank goodness for the courts -- the only remaining branch of government with any regard whatsoever for Constitutional protections of individual rights.
