Outright is a Big-L Libertarian group whose officers must be LP members. Should we change our Bylaws?

	No. Outright is the only Big-L Libertarian LGBT group, but there are already multiple small-l libertarian LGBT groups.
	Yes, but only regarding the requirement that officers be LP members.
	Yes, Outright should convert totally to a small-l libertarian focus.

To present libertarianism, The Libertarian Party and its Candidates to the GLBTQ community.

To monitor the Libertarian Party's continuing support for Equal Rights for everyone including GLBTQ individuals.
